2. Scope of Service & Referral Model

Bradenton EV Charging Solutions is an independent contractor referral and marketing service. We are not a direct electrical contracting company, and we do not directly perform electrical repair, installation, or maintenance services.

Our platform operates to connect consumers, residential homeowners, property managers, and commercial facility operators in Bradenton and Manatee County with pre-screened, independent, licensed, and insured local electrical contractors. All actual on-site diagnostics, physical repairs, electrical permits, component replacements, and warranties are executed directly between you (the customer) and the assigned independent electrical contractor.

3. Independent Contractor Relationship

The electrical contractors to whom we route your service inquiries are independent third parties. Bradenton EV Charging Solutions does not act as an employer, partner, or joint venturer with any electrical contractor.

• Each contractor is solely responsible for maintaining their active Florida electrical contractor license (Certified Electrical Contractor - EC or Registered Electrical Contractor - ER), general liability insurance, and worker’s compensation coverage.
• Each contractor sets their own diagnostic pricing, labor rates, and written warranty guarantees.
• You are advised to inspect and confirm the contractor’s license and insurance credentials prior to authorizing any work on your electrical system.

4. User Responsibilities & Accurate Information

When using our website or submitting a request, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete contact details (name, valid phone number, email, and service address).
• Accurately describe your EV charging equipment make, model, observed symptoms, and property access conditions.
• Cease operating any charging equipment immediately if you detect burning smells, active sparks, or melted components until a licensed professional evaluates the circuit.
